How to Fish Locations
Islands unlock in order as you complete quests and defeat bosses. Each page lists catchable creatures, bosses, NPCs, and upgrades.
Lighthouse
The starting island where every player begins. The Lighthouse Keeper teaches the basics: pick up clams, cast a line, kill your catch, and sell it for cash.
Forest Island
Located northwest of the Lighthouse. This island adds more species, your first firearms, and the Giant Piranha boss.
Desert Island
Northwest of the Forest Island. Home to the Blue Shark, the pufferfish difficulty spike, the Grill, and cooking.
Rock Island
The fourth island. Community reports mention The Old Pike and tougher encounters. Details are still being verified.
Volcano Island
The final island. Home to the endgame boss and the hardest creatures. Finish the game here for the 'We are so back' achievement.
