Defeat Spider Crab and receive boat keys from Lighthouse Keeper

  • Lady by the lake — Takes 3 leeches and gives the modified lure for the Giant Piranha

Tips

  • Save up for the Shotgun; it is one of the best weapons in the game.
  • Collect five leeches from the island floor for the quest giver.
  • Kill Giant Piranha minions before focusing on the boss.
